For students in the BA-99, the Learning Plan and the Narrative Transcript have been merged into a single document.  Formerly, they were separate and this caused some confusion at the end of the program when a narrative transcript needed to be completed for Summit Seminar and Graduation.

You may not remember what the Narrative Transcript is, though it's covered in Foundations of Adult Learning.  It is a complete listing of your competences, competence statements, and the grades and dates you earned them as well as how you earned them, eg, SNL Course, non-SNL Transfer Course, and ILP, etc.

Now you can complete both the Learning Plan and the Narrative Transcript in a single document.  (Please download it here if you haven't done so already.)  If you keep your Learning Plan up-to-date, you will make the graduation process go much easier.  Also, be sure that competences you've listed on your narrative transcript have also been recorded by the registrar on your official transcript.

Learning Plan and the Narrative Transcript form can be downloaded here.

It's simpler to keep your Learning Plan up to date bit by bit instead of waiting until you're done.
