ILP Assessment Form for Independent Learning
This form has important criteria for assessment, add the assessment criteria for the competence statement you're submitting.

BA Criteria for Assessment of Independent Learning
These criteria are necessary to consider when you submit an ILP. Be sure to address these criteria in your written work.

Externship Proposal Form
Always submit a proposal BEFORE you begin working on your externship.

Advanced Project Proposal Form
As in the case of the Externship, be sure to submit the proposal for your Advanced Project before you begin the work on it.
