Announcements:

• FINAL: Section 601 - Tuesday, June 6 @ 2:45pm; Section 901 - Wednesday, June 7 @ 5:45pm
• Your four best quiz scores will count towards your final grade. As a result Quiz #7 is optional (you may consider it cancelled). If you would like to do Quiz #7 then review Theorem 1b from Simple Linear Regression (do not attempt the problem) and review Simple Linear Regression - Residual Analysis (make sure that you understand how to read and interpret the associated SAS output for each model assumption). The quiz will be held after the Final review on Wednesday, 5/31. Expect a problem similar to question 3 from the final review (the solution is provided).
• Reminder: Quiz #6 (Wed, 5/24). Review lecture notes on Hypothesis Testing - m_y , Hypothesis Testing - p , Correlation and Simple Linear Regression (Theorem 1a only). Work these Hypothesis Testing practice problems: Problem Set #1, Problem Set #2, Extra, Sample Quiz (Solutions) and Problem Set #1. Also work these Regression problems: Simple Linear Regression Problems , Sample Quiz .
• Reminder: Quiz #5 (Wed, 5/17) will be on SAS. See the SAS Review link for details.
• Reminder: Quiz #4 (Wed, 5/10) will be on Sampling Distribution & Confidence Intervals ( Proportions) and Sample Size Determination. Work the Proportion #1; #2; extra and Sample Size Determination practice problems for practice.

• Reminder: Quiz #3 (Wed, 4/19) will be on "Sampling Distribution - Mean" only
• If you downloaded the data for Assignment #1 on Thursday, 4/13 or Friday, 4/14 (before 8:00pm) please redo the download and rerun your program.
• Practice problems on the "Student t" distribution (quiz #2) have been posted at the Review Problems & Readings" link. Section 901 students (Wed, 5:45pm - 9:00pm) should also review the material for percentile problems and the normal distribution.
