Readings:

You should be familiar with the material covered in the readings. In particular, review the material for the midterm carefully as well as the following:

• Chapter 9: Sections 1 - 2.
  Note: The self test exercises on pages 521-523 and page 526 are particularly important.
• Chapter 10: Section 1.
  Note: Pay particular attention to the pitfall descrbed on page 592. Skip the section titled Cstring-to-Number Conversions and Robust Input. Review the self test exercise on page 596-598.
• Chapter 5: Sections 1 - 3.
  Note: Skip the sections titled Formatting Output with Stream Functions and Manipulators. Review the self test exercises on pages 230, 247-248, 259-261.
• Chapter 6: Sections 1 - 2.
  Note: Skip page 301. For section 2, review up to page 326 only. You may skip the Bank Account example but make sure to review the section on page 326 titled Summary of Some Properties of Classes. Review the self test exercises on pages 302-304, 309-310, 319-320.
