You should be familiar with all the material covered in the readings for week 1 through week 4. In particular, review the following material carefully:

• Chapter 2: Sections 1 - 4. For section 3, pages 57 - 58, 61, 62 (Type Compatibilities), and 63 - 69 are very important.
• Chapter 3: Sections 2, 3, 5, and 6.
• Chapter 4: Sections 1 and 2.
• Chapter 7: Section 2 and 3.
