A
lpha Psi Lambda holds several informational meetings which are specifically
designed to introduce potential members to the fraternity and answer general
questions. If you are interested in joining, please contact any member--
it may not be too late to become an Associate Member (AM).
If you miss the informational meetings, contact the
Associate Member Educator as soon as possible.
A-Psi uses the intake process to acquaint both associate members and members
with each other. During their intake process, Associate Members learn some
aspects of what it's like to be a brother/sister. Alpha Psi Lambda is open to
all students at DePaul regardless of race, sex, nationality, religion, creed,
gender, or age.
As an Associate Member, you will
be asked to:
Participate in at least two
service projects
Attend member-sponsored/hosted events
Attend all Associate Member meetings
Sponsor an AM Dance and Fundraiser
Become familiar with the fraternity’s history and organizational structure
Requirements:
You must be enrolled at
least half-time at DePaul University
You must have a 2.5 minimum GPA
You must be in good standing with the university
You cannot be a first semester freshman
The purpose of the intake process is to introduce the Associate Member to all
aspects of the chapter, and to ensure that members get a chance to meet each
Associate Member. If you are a DePaul student who is interested in becoming a
member of Alpha Psi Lambda ~ M.I.G.H.T.Y. Iota Chapter ~ please contact
Jeannie Alfaro for more information.
