 Withdrawal of Representation SLS will withdraw from any representation when a student client is no longer eligible for such representation. Withdrawal also occurs when such is necessary to comply with the ethical and legal requirements of a specific situation. Withdrawal may also occur when the student client has been referred to another attorney for representation or when the student client has been disrespectful to the SLS personnel or has not met their client responsibilities or has failed to comply with certain university or SLS policies. SLS will issue to the student client a formal letter of termination of representation in the above circumstances. |
