Guidelines for Submitting Activities

• Activities are completed in class in groups of one, two or three.

• For each activity, the group will submit a document in one of these three formats: Word file, Access file, Excel file or Alice File.

• Each member of the group must submit a copy of the document to show that he or she was present.

• The name of the document must contain the activity number and name of each group member. Here is a sample submitted document name:
  A1-Washington-Adams-Jefferson.doc.

• Submitted documents must contain a header inside the document with the activity number and the names of the group members.

• Submissions that are improperly submitted receive a maximum of 10% penalty.

• If you must miss class on the day of an activity, work ahead and complete the activity outside of class by yourself before the due date for full credit.

• Late penalties for activities: up to 1 week late: 5%, up to 2 weeks late: %15; up to 3 weeks late: 30%, 3 or more weeks late: 100%.
