Minimum specifications.

1. Create a VB.NET application to manage and display a slide show of images.

2. Provide both for timed automatic and user initiated advance of images.

3. Provide a file dialog for adding a new slide to the slide show.

4. Provide a means for rearranging the slides in the slide show.
