DePaul University Mailing Services provides mail delivery, pick-up, and metering services for all faculty and staff on both the Loop and Lincoln Park Campuses. This service is provided for official University mail only.

This information guide has been prepared with the users of Mailing Services in mind. If you follow the guidelines suggested, your mail will move more efficiently through our system and your mail will receive the best service at the least possible cost through the U.S. Postal Service.

This guide will help you understand some of the basic information that you will need to properly prepare your mail for our department to process it in a timely manner. If you do not see the information that you are looking for please call the Mailing Services Department at extension 8367 or extension 6286. We are always willing to answer your questions and to work with you to help the University departments achieve efficient mail service and at the same time reduce postage expense.
