Working with agency leadership GAP builds teams of workers who, themselves, identify and develop ways to cut through barriers. Facilitators assist government agency working groups as they plan changes and improve program components or integrate customer feedback into new policies and procedures. GAP uses the following methods to assist government improve their performance:
