2.3.6 Scope (Digital Display) Commands

Six commands were long ago added to Cogsys that allowed it to control a Hewlett-Packard 1345A/C02 Digital Display. Two of these (%R and %S) were for setting and displaying the "scope timer", which was really just a second PC timer, and were used for benchmarking purposes only. Those two commands were removed.

The remaining four have been re-written to be more efficient and keep with rest of the Cogsys 3 syntax. They are:
