Review Guide for Midterm Exam

In Bennett: Chapters 1, 2, 3 (pp. 41-53), 4 (pp. 71-75). Here are many attributes for formatting tables or formatting in general that we will not use; we will use CSS inline and document-level styles instead.
On the site www.w3schools.com read these sections:
CSS Introduction, CSS How To, CSS Background, CSS Text, CSS Font.

One page (both sides) of notes, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Reference; no laptops are allowed during the quiz.

URL, Browser, text editor (PSPad), HTML, source code, file, folder, home folder, current folder, child folder, parent folder, public_html, absolute address, relative address, SSH, file permissions (owner, group, other; read, write, execute).

Look at the Brief History of Computing document.
Look at the Domain Name System document.
Know the importance of these persons:
Babbage, Lovelace, Boole, DeForest, Atanasoff and Berry, Von Neumann, Shockley, Kleinrock, Berners-Lee, Andreesen

Write inline styles for a web page.
Write a document-level style for a web page.
