Officer Friendly by Lewis Robinson

This was an interesting collection of short stories. I wish there was more of a twist in some of the stories. The writer took you to a place that could have gone somewhere strange, but you never really get there. I did like the story of the old high society cancer ridden Governor who threw a big party for his mercy killing. That was one story that gave me some intriguing twisted satisfaction.
