The DaVinci Code by Dan Brown

Reader # 1's review:

The DaVinci Code was a real page turner, but given all of the media hype, I was expecting more classic literature, a timeless piece for the ages. What I got was a real good thriller/whodunit, with all the trappings of a big Hollywood movie. Being raised Catholic certainly peaked ones interest in all of the historical folklore of DaVinci, Opus Dei, the Madonna and the Holy Grail and made it that much more compelling to read.

Reader # 2's review:

I liked the DaVinci code. The thing to remember is that it is a work of fiction using historical and geographic elements to keep the story interesting. This book is a real page turner and everyone I talked to who has read it has or wants to read more by Dan Brown. I would agree. The story wrapped up nicely and left me feeling satisfied that the story was complete. The religious awakening to past history and secret theories kept me reading with great curiosity. I think you will see this book made into a movie somehow.
