• return value indicates whether body is skipped or processed
  • SKIP_BODY - required if TLD has a body-content of empty
  • EVAL_BODY_INCLUDE - pass through

doEndTag()

• invoked for all tags
• return whether to evaluate rest of page
  • EVAL_PAGE
  • SKIP_PAGE
