Dr. George Kalidonis, Ph.D.   George Kalidonis holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy (Technology) and a M.S. in Political Science from the University of Illinois, a MBA from Wayne State University, and a Certificate from the National Venture Capital Institute. Kalidonis has recently retired as President & CEO of the Chicago Capital Fund. He has been Principal of the Technology Planning & Development Corporation since 1982. TPDC provides management services for special projects, typically involving advanced technologies. Kalidonis is a best practices domain expert in the field of technology transfer focusing on strategy and business model development, and commercialization. He has developed four proprietary planning methodologies designed to provide a structured systematic innovation process for early stage R&D firms/organizations seeking to commercialize their science or technology.
