David Angelus, MUPP   David Angelus has over 13 years of experience in healthcare and financial services. He has extensive project management experience in large-scale information systems development and management. As a practicing Project Manager, he brings a wide range of practical experience into the classroom. David received his Masters in Urban Planning and Policy Analysis from the University of Illinois and is currently preparing for the Project management Professional (PMP) certification exam.
