The cause of this mysterious flu is still unknown, although scientists have made considerable efforts to track down the virus.  It is now supposed that strains of the virus exist in swine, but this is not certain.  If it is true, then it is possible for the pandemic to occur again.  Hopefully, next time the world will be better prepared.
