Program to filter "bad" items in an input stream based on a give list of good inputs. (E.g., items could be ip addresses.)

Initial Prototype Design:

• "Good" input is in a file of integers.
• Read integers and store in a C++ vector<int>
• Input to test is also in a file of integers.
• Read integers in test file and for each integers check if it is in the vector of "good" inputs.
• If a test input integer is bad count it (optionally print each bad input to a log file).
• Print the count of bad inputs to standard output.
