Ruth Reiner assists organizations, teams, and individuals to achieve ambitious results, from bottom-line improvement and revenue growth to organizational change and team development. She is expert at business strategy development and implementation, executive team alignment, group facilitation and program management. Ruth provides a blend of strategic perspective and tactical strength to serve her clients.

Biographical Statement
Ruth brings 18 years of consulting experience to her clients. Prior to starting her own management consulting practice four years ago, Ruth was a Director at CSC Index, where she led engagements focusing on issues of strategy development and implementation, executive alignment, business process improvement, and high performance teamwork. Her extensive work with clients on large-scale change projects includes organizational, culture, performance management, and process redesign and implementation.

Ruth's clients include Allstate, Borg Warner, Land O'Lakes, the City of Chicago, the Chicago Housing Authority, Chicago Public Schools, and DePaul University. The government projects she has contributed to include:
  • City of Chicago Department of Environment, Permitting and Enforcement Division, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's Inspection Reporting processes. Solutions will include process, people, and technology components.

  • Provided program management, leadership development and coaching, and team facilitation and integration to the City of Chicago Department of Procurement Services in its implementation of a new Chicago Procurement Accountability and Control Program (CPAC). The CPAC Program, supported by Mayor Richard M. Daley, consists of 13 newly formed, cross-functional teams that are accountable for processing approximately $2 billion in city contracts annually for 44 user departments and for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process
Ruth holds a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Yale University.
