Ruthie Meldon has broad executive experience in areas of professional coaching, strategic business planning, training and internal communications with particular emphasis on team building and productivity improvements through worker group involvement and process analysis. She has significant success in improving customer service and quality, and reducing employee turnover. She has been contributing to the government area for over fourteen years.
