Mary Heidkamp is a dynamic facilitator, motivational speaker, author and experienced management consultant. She specializes in leadership and organizational development. She has motivated and directed hundreds of volunteers, boards, organizations and individuals toward peak performance and high achievement. Mary is a visiting assistant professor at the University of Illinois (Chicago) teaching Strategic Management and Board of Director Development for nonprofits in the Certificate in Nonprofit Management program.
Mary Heidkamp has been recognized nationally for her professional excellence. Her background includes twenty-two years in responsible and effective management in which she worked extensively with corporate institutions of all sizes, foundations and nonprofit organizations. Her extensive international experience combined with ten years leading the Campaign for Human Development and the Peace and Justice Office for the Archdiocese of Chicago have provided Mary with extensive practical experience to bring to her work as a coach and organizational/management consultant.
Mary holds a Doctorate in Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago with a concentration in leadership, organizational development and executive management.
