Biographical Statement
Elaine Robbins Harris is a Management Development Consultant, providing coaching, consulting and training services to a nationwide client base. She has extensive experience in corporate, academic and non-profit arenas and specializes in customized program design and implementation. She has worked closely with senior management in corporations and non-profit organizations to identify organization development needs and design and implement customized solutions. She has designed and delivered workshops and seminars with a focus on Leadership Development, Team Building, Management Skills, Diversity, Strategic Planning and Coaching Skills for Leaders.

In the academic arena, Elaine provides consulting services for school districts nationwide, supporting administrators and educators in developing standards -based curriculum and assessments. She has developed and implemented programs, with a focus on critical social issues, to support student development and facilitate parent involvement in neighborhood schools.
