Biographical Statement
Before starting Quality Transitions in 1994, Diane worked in Customer Service, Human Resource Development, and Operations Management for Procter & Gamble. Diane has a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Xavier University. Ms. Decker has served as a judge for the I.M.A. Team Excellence Awards and as an examiner for the Lincoln Award for Business Excellence.

Publications
Diane's work on the value of laughter, fun, and creativity has been profiled in newspapers across the country, including the Chicago Tribune, the Christian Science Monitor, and the Wall Street Journal. In addition, Diane published the article "Managing Transitions" in Quality Progress.
