IT 240 -- Using the Switchboard Manager

1. In the design view of your switchboard form, click on: Tools >> Database Utilities >> Switchboard Manager
   Click Yes to create.

2. Click Edit

3. Change the name (optional)

4. Click New
   Fill in the three list boxes:
   1. Text:   what you want the label for the command button to say,
   2. Command:   for example, Open Report,
   3. Report (depends on what command you chose):   pick one from drop down

5. Click OK

6. Continue adding (step 4) new items as needed (each will result in a command button on the switchboard form)

7. Close

8. Close

9. Now edit your switchboard form
