Bio post on D2L

The assignment:

It is well known that with all classes, but especially OL classes, the forming of a [virtual] community helps learning. Community building is helped by knowing something unique about each of the members of the community. For this reason, it is very useful if we can know something about who you are. To achieve this, we will use the D2L Say Hello discussion forum.

YOUR NAME GOES IN THE FORUM POST SUBJECT LINE
YOUR BIO INFORMATION GOES IN THE BODY OF YOUR POST

For grade credit:

  1. Submit your contribution to the D2L SayHello dsicussion forum.

  2. Respond to (at least) three other postings by saying hello back to someone else.

  3. Concatenate all four (or more) postings together into a Word doc, an HTML file or a text file, and submit to D2L before the deadline.

Part I:

Nothing is required except your name, but, for example if your classmates met you at a party they might ask...

Who are you?
What have you been studying?
Your degree/life goals?
Where do you work?
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Your family?
Your music?
Where do you live?

Part II:

For fun, answer these questions:
  1. Best Breakfast: If you could have anything you wanted from anywhere on Earth, what might your favorite breakfast be?
  2. Crazy Meal: What was one of the craziest meals you had that actually, surprisingly, turned out to be pretty good?
So, tell us something about yourself! You are not required to answer any particular questions, but I strongly encourage you to take the time to present some front to the virtual community. You do not have to tell the truth, but it is preferred, and as noted, you can post as little as just your name. :-)
