Due to the Memorial Day holiday, we only have 3 class periods available for presentations, which means we will have to condense the presentations somewhat. We will not have time for live demonstrations, so unless your presentation is easily accessible from a (non Java-aware) Web browser, then you will have to show storyboards/screen dumps (which you can make accessible via the Web).
You are required to have your presentation prepared as a Web page to facilitate presentation in class.
You have spent a number of weeks working on your project and now it is time to summarize your goals and accomplishments for the quarter. Each team will have 15 minutes for their final presentation. You should schedule 10 minutes of presentation and leave room for 5 minutes of discussion.
It is up to your team to determine who will be planning and presenting the talk. Remember, your teammates will get a chance at the end of the quarter to let me know how effort was distributed across the project, so view this as an opportunity to balance the workload. I recommend that each project be limited to at most two presenters. You have very little time to discuss a fair amount of information, so you don't want to waste time changing speakers.
