is not more famous? What is different today than then?

Pick two of the following questions.

1. The "gene" has taken on extra meanings that mirror public
expectations, social tensions, and political agendas. For 
example before genes were even known, there was hereditary 
material "genoplasm" and this was most important for lines of 
nobility. Amplify these extra meanings with other examples.

2. The future of work is being changed by automation.  what changes in
