Almost anyone who has used the Web has experienced difficulty in finding content among a site's hierarchy of pages and links. One avenue for improving people's experiences involves predicting potential problems while designing the site's organization. For this presentation, I will review methods for predicting human performance for web navigation tasks. This includes a model that simulates users as they try to find content in a web site.
