ORDERING THE LD PERSPECTIVE BOOKLETS

Individual copies of the LD Perspective booklets are available at cost. (Click here for the order form, which should be sent along with your payment to the address indicated below).

COPYING THE LD PERSPECTIVE BOOKLETS

Although we are not in a position to fill large orders, we do want these booklets to reach as many people as possible. Therefore, if you would like to distribute them to others, you are encouraged to order single copies of one or all of the booklets for photocopying. You may duplicate them in unlimited quantities and free of charge, as long as you do the following:

1. Reproduce the original booklet (not the web version) exactly and in its entirety, preserving the arrangement of the facing pages and making no reduction in size. (The pages are 8" x 14" legal-size paper.)

2. Duplicate the copy agreement found on the back cover (or click here), fill it out, and mail it to us.

We would like to know where and how many copies are being duplicated each year. If you make more copies on later occasions, please fill out this form each time and send it to us. You are encouraged to make a few extra copies of the booklets to pass along to others who may find them useful.

DOWNLOADING THE LD PERSPECTIVE BOOKLETS

We would like to set up a mechanism for downloading the booklets, so that in the future people can print them out using their own computers. To help us make the most effective decisions on this matter, please let us know whether you would find a downloading mechanism helpful, and if so, what formats you think should be available. For instance, would you use "pdf" files (read by the Adobe Acrobat Reader)? Would you rather have a word processing file, and if so which type and version and platform (WordPerfect 6.1 for Windows, Microsoft Word for MacIntosh, etc.)? Send us your answers to these questions, either by e-mail or regular post.
