Guidelines for LSP 121 Project Submissions

  1. Keep backup copies of all assignments.   The late penalty will not be waived if you lose an assignment or submit the wrong version.

  2. Submitted files must have standardized names.   Project files must contain the project name and your name. The file extension must be .txt or .doc. Here is an example submitted file: hw1-smith.doc. A submitted activity must contain the names of all the persons in the group, for example: activity1-smith-suarez-chen.doc. Each person in the group must submit the activity to show that you were present.

    There is a maximum penalty of 10% for submissions that do not follow the naming convention.

  3. Submitted files must a header. Submitted files must contain a header with your name, the name of the project and the submission date at the top.

  4. Submit assignment on the COL Assignment Submission System at http://col.cdm.depaul.edu.

  5. Check your submission. Double check that you have submitted the correct document and that COL has accepted it.

  6. Email the professor immediately if you suspect that your assignment was not properly submitted. Your email should contain a copy of the assignment, in case there was really a problem.
