SUGGESTIONS FOR FINDING BOOKS
The Library’s catalog ILLINET ONLINE is available on the PCs on the first floor near the Reference Desk and also through the Library’s Web Page at home or in the Automated Reference Center. Select ILLINET ONLINE to start:

Strategy 1. Do a Title Keyword search, then use your results to lead you to more material.

Strategy 2. Do a Subject Keyword search.

Note: If you don't find what you're looking for this way, do not assume that there's nothing on your topic. You may have chosen different terms than the subject headings actually use. Try Strategy 1 if this search does not work well for you.

Strategy 3. Do a Browse Subject search with precise subject headings you have identified. Here are some examples of subject headings:

Remember do both title and subject searches.

EXPAND YOUR SEARCH TO ALL LIBRARIES You may borrow books from the more than 45 libraries in the ILCSO system.
