"Self-Audit processes, whether they encompass strategy, marketing, or product manufacturing are still the best policy," says Sharon in a recent symposium on Performance Excellence. She will share some academic and philosophic views with you, that will have you look at Project Management through the Customer's eyes. Sharon speaks at many industry-based seminars and symposiums on this, and other subjects.
Sharon has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, and a Masters in Global Management. She also has a paralegal certificate, and is a Certified Marketing Services Executive. She was awarded the PM instructor of the year for 1999 at DePaul, and "loves to teach"!
