• Perceptions of settings can be assessed. Moos developed scales to measure variety of settings which have three primary areas

  • Relationship (involvement, support)
  • System Maintenance & Change (order and organization, clarity, control)
  • Personal Development (autonomy, competition, achievement orientation, self-discovery)
