Paleoecology Lab

OBJECTIVES and STRATEGY: In this lab you will sit back, visit, and enjoy the Silurian Reef virtual Exhibit at the Milwaukee Public Museum. Your objective will be to see how the Silurian time interval in Wisconsin was reconstructed on the basis of fossils and other geological information. Try to gain an appreciation for the diversity of life in the Midwestern U.S. during this geological interval as well as why the Midwest was such a different place back then.
