• Phase locked wavelength drive prevents peak shifts and peak suppression at high scan speeds.
• Variable slits provide optimum control over spectral resolution.
• Thermostatted multicell Peltier holder allows the simultaneous measurement of up to four samples with completecontrol over temperature ramping for thermal denaturation and renaturation studies of DNA via Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET).
