Known as an eloquent speaker, Father McCabe made countless contriburions to the external relations of the University drawing the attention of the city and the nation to our then young University. It was during his presidency that DePaul first opened its doors to women students. This building was acquired by DePaul from McCormick theological Seminary Campus in 1976. Originally known as Zenos Hall, this building houses upperclass residents. The building was renamed and dedicated in honor of Father McCabe in 1976.
