Query:  For each publisher, find the average price of books by Type.
Only list the New York publishers and only for types ART, FIC, HOR, MYS, and SCI.

The QBE for this query is given below. When in Design view, to get the Total and Crosstab rows to appear you need to click on Query on the menu bar and select Crosstab Query.
