|
The following are the detail regarding the demonstration given in class. This demo displays interaction between two seperate machines. Step 1: Create the Aglet.
Step 2: Aglet created and displays "...Mozart Team Members ..." message. As you can see this instance of Tahiti(Aglet Server) is running on machine - SPSRTSVC1 on port 434.
Step 3: Give the Aglet a destination address with using atp protocol. The destination address is the machine with name SPS1938L and since we did not specify a port it will default to port 434. Clicking on GO! sends it off to SPS1938L.
Step 4: The Aglet has moved to the destination machine - SPS1938L, where another instance of Tahiti is running also on port 434. The Aglet prints Mozart team member names.
Step 5: The Aglet then prints out message "Returning home..." , stops execution and returns to the home machine which dispatched it.
Step 6: Finally the Aglet returns to the dispatching site and disposes of itself.
