XI. How to Use NetMeeting

Setting up a NetMeeting is very simple. One person decides to the host the session and gives his IP address, session name and session password out to the other participates. The person setting up the session can set the session security, restrict the use of WhiteBoards, Chat Boxes, File Transfer, etc when opening the session. The other people joining the session simply place a call to the given IP address. The host’s computer will ring like a phone and he accepts the call to begin the meeting. Ultimately, the host can control who is allowed to participate in the meeting
