2.0 Week Two

• Check the schedule for lecture topics and demo dates.
• See the ECT WEB page for instructions on how to set up accounts on the ECT web servers, for those students that wish to use them.
• Is your concept demo due this week? --- YES!
• Be sure that your group complies with the Time reporting links. Check the good/bad example time-log entries. This is an important document used in justifying your good grade in this class.
• See the project specifications for this quarter.
• Check the requirements for the Plan, Design, Requirements demo in the Demos directory. Note: students typically are not well prepared for this critical trio of presentations! Do not be caught off guard by the high planning, design, requirements standards for this project.
• Select people to be responsible this quarter as the bottom line for the jobs of requirements manager, project manager, chief designer, implementation manager, presentation manager, testing manager, documentation manager, chief planner, webmaster. [Large groups: Project Director, project team leaders, communications liason.]
• Large Groups: Chose a formal sub-group structure for use this quarter, and place the names of the people in the sub-groups in a page from the apprpriate link in the proj.html file. This structure can change during the quarter, but must be formally documented at this link.
