Group Evaluation

  1. List the name of all the members in the group. Make sure you identify that you are the submitter.

  2. Give each member on your team, including yourself, a score within the range of 1 to 20
  3. 20 is the highest score, 1 is the lowest score.

  4. The scores must be unique for each member of the team (do not use the same score twice).

  5. Include yourself in the scoring. Also include at least one or two sentences that explain why you gave the rating you did. More if you give a rating that is drastically different from other team members.

  6. If you have had serious problems with the group or a person(s) has not done their share of the work or done poor quality of work be sure to discuss this thoroughly.

  7. Put this into a simple mail message (no attachments). Send the ratings to dmumaugh@cdm.depaul.edu by Thursday midnight – November 17, 2016
