Final Evaluation of Group Member Contributions

Project 1 and 2

You have already evaluated the contributions of the other members of your group for the proposal stage of your projects.  You also worked as a group to collect the data for both projects and, for Project 2, to prepare experimental materials and conduct the experiment.  On this sheet you will provide your evaluation of the contributions of your group members to these aspects of each project.  Remember that your evaluation should include only the data collection aspects of the projects and the presentation for project 2 – not the proposal stage (which you have already provided evaluations for) nor the data analysis stage (which you were not required to work on as a group).  This form must be turned in by the final exam date (5 pts).

Please list the other members of your group (in alphabetical order).  Do not include yourself.   For each project:

·        O = outstanding; this person put forth extra effort beyond what was necessary (there should be very few of these given – only if someone did far more than their share)

·        S = satisfactory; this person put forth an appropriate amount of effort (unless there is a serious problem with someone’s contributions, most people should get an S)

·        N = needs improvement; this person did not really pull their weight, but they made some effort (this should indicate a serious problem)

·        U = unsatisfactory; this person did not contribute at all (this warrants a zero for the entire project for that person)
