Open your video in Movies and TV. There is a pencil at the bottom of the screen. Click on this and you will be able to see the Trim option.
Open Windows Movie Maker and import your file into the program. Here you will be able to trim your video by cutting the film into pieces.
Adding Captions Download Movavi video editor. This gives you a 7-day trial. Here you can add text to your video and match it up the words with the video.
Click here for instructions Blurring Out People Click here. Add a text box. Make the text box to be a dark color. Do this by changing it away from transparency. Come to the CET where we can use an Adobe software to help you. Please allow optimal time for this assistance. This can take upwards to 2 hours to complete.
