Faculty Presentation Request Form

The UCWbL offers informational presentations to DePaul classes at the Loop and Lincoln Park campuses during the Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters. An experienced writing consultant can visit your class early in the term to discuss our services with your students. The presentations are brief, and we can schedule them during the first or last 15 minutes of your day class. Subject to staff scheduling, we may be available to present during the first 15 minutes of your evening class.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please send your request 5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE your class, so that we can schedule and confirm your presentation. Use one form per request. We will contact you to confirm your presentation. If you must reschedule it, please call us as soon as possible.

Note: We do hundreds of these presentations each year, and we attempt to meet all classes personally; unfortunately, we cannot fill every request. If we are unable to meet with your class, we will let you know and provide a set of brochures as well as a summary of our presentation in lieu of our in-person presentation. Please note, as well, that we are not able to cast these presentations of services as writing workshops or offer instruction in writing particular to individual classes.
