Matthew Pearson comes to DePaul most recently from the University of California-Irvine Writing Project, where he served as researcher and Associate Director. His work with the UCIWP focused on helping instructors in a range of institutional settings to implement research-based language arts practices. Matthew is also a Ph.D. candidate in English Composition and Rhetoric at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is excited by DePaul's strong focus on student learning and community involvement and looks forward to working with faculty to help serve their work with DePaul's students.
