Ana is originally from Bogotá, Colombia, but grew up in South Florida. She has an M.A. in Writing, Rhetoric, and Discourse and is an instructor in DePaul's First-Year Writing Program. Ana has been working as a Writing Center tutor for two years. She specializes in helping students adapt to the conventions of academic writing and work through first-year-writing assignments. She also enjoys working with graduate, ESL, and SNL students. In her free time, Ana enjoys riding her bike, reading fiction, and watching movies.
