About the Ordering Process Ordering Thank you for visiting the Vincentian Heritage Online Bookstore. If you have decided to place an order there may be several questions you would like answered. We hope this reference page helps. Availability As our stock fluctuates a great deal, and as much of what we offer has a finite availability, we cannot make any promises that we will have the item you desire in the quantity you may desire. We will do our best to keep our stock refreshed, but as many of you know finding these materials can prove challenging, even for us! A number of books we offer are no longer being published, and, as we are in possession of the last remaining copies, once they are gone they will not be replaceable. You might wish to check with us via E-mail (see below) to check on availability before placing a given order. And, if we are out of a given item, we would ask that you check back periodically on its availability. Placing an Order It is very simple really. Click the item you would like to purchase and you will be taken to the shopping cart. Here you can specify the quantity of the item you would like, and the calculator will automatically figure the approximate amount due. You can return to the catalog and repeat the process if you would like to order more then one item. Once you have finished shopping you will be asked to provide some basic mailing information to us so that we may process your order and send it on to you as soon as possible. The Process Orders are sent directly to us, the Vincentian Studies Institute in Chicago, IL. The Vincentian Heritage Bookstore is run in conjunction with the DePaul University Publication Services. As the V.S.I. is in charge of this web site, we will process your order and deliver it to DePaul University publications and mailing services where it will be filled and sent on to you. Methods of Payment At this time we would like to keep this as simple as possible. Unfortunately this means that we will not be accepting credit card orders until further notice. Do NOT send us credit card information, we cannot be responsible for its safety. All orders will be sent to you with a bill enclosed, which you will then be responsible for paying immediately upon receipt of any merchandise. Directions on payment will be included on the bill. Shipping and Handling As DePaul University will be handling this part of the process, we cannot promise the exact cost of delivery. The calculator will provide you with an accurate estimate of the amount you should expect to pay for merchandise and shipping, but it should be regarded as an estimate only. The final bill will be included with your shipment. We can promise that, as DePaul relies upon U.P.S. and the United States Post Office, the cost of shipment will be as fair and reasonable as possible. International Orders We do accept orders from outside of the United States. Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars, and shipping may take longer depending on the country. Any Further Questions?
