With Malice Toward None: The Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Exhibition
commemorates the two-hundredth anniversary of the birth of the nation’s
revered sixteenth president. More than a chronological description
of the life of Abraham Lincoln, the exhibition reveals Lincoln the
man, whose thoughts, words, and actions were deeply affected by
personal experiences and crucial historic events. The exhibition
will facilitate a greater and deeper understanding of Lincoln and
his progress from Illinois prairie lawyer to our 16th President.
The With Malice Toward None exhibition will be at the Newberry
Library, from October 10, 2009 to December 19, 2009 and the
exhibition is open to the public.
